The best in the world just got better.

After losing in the NBA Finals to the Spurs, LeBron James has reportedly dropped significant weight heading into his return to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

James, who has been listed at 250 pounds, but was believed to be at least 15 pounds heavier while with the Miami Heat, decided to “cut carbs” over the past two months, according to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst. James posted a photo on Instagram, and he is looking significantly slimmer.

The four-time MVP turns 30 in December, and though he has never suffered a serious injury that has kept him out for a long stretch during his 11-year career, James’ weight loss should help decrease the chances of that happening as he ages and possibly increase his speed on the court.

James mentioned a diet in this Photoshopped post over the weekend.
