Can’t blame this one on Tom Brady.

Another “deflategate” has emerged, this time over Spalding’s Neverflat basketballs, which a class-action suit alleges do, in fact, go flat.

The balls, which retail for between $25 and $43, are guaranteed to “stay fully inflated for at least one year.”

But they don’t stay inflated, according to court papers.

Jaish Markos of Dutchess County says in a Manhattan federal court lawsuit his Neverflat ball lost “significant air pressure over the course of 12 months and thus become ‘flat.’ ”

The suit seeks $5 million in damages. The company did not return a message for comment.
