NBA tough guy Matt Barnes pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct Tuesday for brawling with a woman and her boyfriend at a Chelsea hotspot.

Barnes — who just shared in the Golden State Warriors’ championship win — will serve ten days of community service in his home state of California under terms of the deal struck in Manhattan Criminal Court.

Prosecutor David Quinn said the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office offered the plea bargain in part due to the “multiple un-apprehended individuals involved in the incident.”

Barnes declined to comment afterward, but defense lawyer Alex Spiro said in court that “this fair disposition does not give my client a criminal record.”

Barnes, 36, was charged with assault and “obstruction of breathing” in a Dec. 5 melee at the Avenue nightclub.

The hard-charging, 6-foot-7 forward allegedly choked Jasmine Besiso, 26, then repeatedly slugged Myrone Powell, 35, when he rushed to defend her.

Spiro has claimed that the couple — who filed a federal civil suit against Barnes two days later — was “intoxicated, using substances, and…were the initial aggressors.”

In 2015, The Post exclusively revealed that Barnes drove 95 miles from training camp to “beat the s–t out of” then-Knicks coach Derek Fisher upon learning that Fisher was romancing his estranged wife, sultry “Basketball Wives LA” star Gloria Govan.
