The NBA Draft Lottery balls have determined you’re the next franchise center for the San Antonio Spurs.
The Spurs will have the first pick in June’s draft and will walk away from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn with the franchise-altering 19-year-old, 7-foot-4 Wembanyama.
The center has been the driving force behind Boulogne-Levallois Metropolitans 92’s 20-10 record and France’s top-tier league in points with 21.5, along with 10.1 rebounds and 3.1 blocks per game.
The most-hyped NBA Draft prospect since LeBron James has earned plaudits from the man himself, with the Lakers star calling Wembanyama “a generational talent” and an “alien.”
He can shoot, handle the ball and comes with an 8-foot wingspan that has scouts and analysts clamoring to see him in the NBA.

In the 19 games he played in the 2022-23 season, he racked up 16.5 points, 6.8 assists, and 5.3 rebounds per game.
Alabama’s Brandon Miller also has eyes on him with his commanding shot, averaging 18.8 points per game in his freshman season.
However, there is caution around the forward because of his alleged involvement in the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Jamea Jonae Harris.
