Shaquille O’Neal’s latest TV blunder could qualify as a “Shaqtin’ A Fool” moment.

The Lakers legend was discussing the Knicks’ successful season Tuesday night on “Inside the NBA” when he accidentally flashed back to the Isiah Thomas years.

In an attempt to shout out Knicks star Julius Randle for “playing MVP-caliber basketball,” O’Neal instead named Knicks alum Zach Randolph.

Co-host Adam Lefkoe immediately corrected O’Neal, saying, “Hold on. He doesn’t play right now. Julius Randle.”

O’Neal joked, “Whatever his name is,” before adding, “You know what? I was thinking about my boy Zach. Z-Bo, what’s up?”

Randolph played for the Knicks way back in 2007 and 2008, and announced his retirement from the NBA in 2019.

Randolph, Randle. Tomato, to-mah-to.

“Inside the NBA” co-host Dwyane Wade tried to help out his former Heat teammate by noting that Randolph and Randle shared a similarly rugged style of play.

Randolph, a 6-foot-9 forward and two-time All-Star, also played for the Trail Blazers, Clippers, Grizzlies and Kings in 17 NBA seasons. Randle is putting up career-best numbers in his second season with the Knicks, and has them on the brink of their first playoff berth since 2013.
