Shawn Marion has a chip on his shoulder about his legacy.

Earlier this week, a Twitter Spaces was bustling about which basketball players could have been the greatest of all-time, if only they had some help.

Marion, 43, found his way inside and spoke at length about why he deserves to be remembered as a better player, swearing just about every other word in the process.

Marion entered the NBA with the Suns in 1999, and later played for the Heat, Raptors, Cavaliers and Mavericks before concluding his career in 2015. He was a four-time All-Star and won a championship with the Mavericks in 2011.

He is still not happy that people poked fun at his shooting form.

“Get the f–k out of here,” he said. “I’m shooting 35-40 percent from the f–king 3-point line at one point in my career. I was a very consistent jump shooter. So you’re sitting there and telling me you’re gonna talk about my motherf–king shot but not talk about everything else I do on the floor? Get the f–k out of here. Suck my d–k.”

Warning: Graphic language

Marion eventually said he could’ve accomplished more individual accolades, but he played to contribute to team wins.

“I adjusted my game to every team on because I wanted to win,” Marion said. “I have one of the best winning percentages in NBA history [note: Marion did not crack HoopsHype’s top 50 list in this category last year]. Believe that. I’m sitting here waiting on all this other bulls–t like I’m some boxer and didn’t have an imprint on this game.”
