Has Kevin Durant’s budding image 180 reached a blunt finish?

After an injury-shortened season during which Durant was uncharacteristically nasty and impatient, TMZ posted video Saturday of the Thunder superstar with a prescription canister that has prompted growing speculation.

The footage shows Durant leaving Hollywood club Hooray Henry’s on Friday night, limping to a waiting SUV with a walking boot on his injured right foot.

When he opens the door of the vehicle, out tumbles a Rx bottle.

“Dropped the weed!” exclaims someone, possibly the cameraman. Marijuana is legal with a prescription in California.

Just one year ago, Durant, 26, was hailed as the NBA’s preeminent nice guy after he fawned over his mother in an tear-jerking MVP acceptance speech. Now he has ceded that ground to Warriors babyface Stephen Curry.
