San Francisco 49ers defensive lineman Keion White was shot outside a nightclub following Super Bowl 2026.

White, 26, was at a club in the Mission when he was shot in the leg after an alleged altercation with rapper Lil Baby.

The Super Bowl party began on Sunday night at Dahlia’s bar and nightclub and included several strippers on the main floor and a private party downstairs where White was shot, according to The San Francisco Standard.

Lil Baby — whose real name is Dominique Jones — reportedly tried to get into White’s private party and a dispute erupted when he was refused access.

After White got into an argument Jones, a witness went upstairs to ask for the managers’ help, which is when they heard two gunshots.

The witness told police he went downstairs and saw White had been shot in the leg. The witness said he didn’t know who the shooter was.

When asked who had shot him, White was uncooperative. Police found a 9mm shell casing and a .45-caliber casing at the scene.

The report said that there were topless women sweeping up dollar bills when police entered the club to investigate the early morning shooting.

“Keion White was a victim of a shooting and sustained a bullet wound to his ankle this morning in San Francisco. He is currently undergoing surgery at a local hospital. We will provide further updates when appropriate,” said a statement from the 49ers.

The San Francisco Police Department is investigating the shooting.

“A preliminary investigation revealed a verbal altercation occurred between two groups inside a business.  The victim was injured when shots were fired by an unknown suspect,” a statement from the SFPD said.

White was drafted by the New England Patriots in 2023 and traded to the 49ers in 2025.
