Eli Manning never saw Jared Allen coming. Probably because Allen was perfectly obscured by a Giants offensive lineman.

Allen provided the highlight of an otherwise dreary game by reaching through a (pretty good) block by Will Beatty to grab Manning’s jersey with one hand and drag him down for a sack in the final minute of the first half of the Giants’ eventual 23-7 win over the Vikings.

Manning wears a quizzical expression following the play, seemingly not knowing where the takedown originated. Allen was actually only credited with half a sack for his feat of strength. Kevin Williams picked up the other half for finishing off Manning.
