Jordan Dalton cannot wait to see husband Andy Dalton in Cowboys’ colors.
On Sunday, the wife of the former Bengals quarterback posted a photo-shopped image of the 32-year-old signal-caller decked out in Cowboys gear, one day after he agreed to a one-year deal worth up to $7 million with Dallas.
It was a move that surprised some considering Dallas already has Dak Prescott as its starter.
“We are so excited to be a part of this amazing organization!! @andydalton14 I couldn’t be more proud of the man you are!” Jordan began on Instagram.
“Watching you grow through these last 9 years in the NFL has been incredible! There is truly no one else like you! I can’t wait to see what God does this next season of life!! I am so proud of you! Go Cowboys!! Ephesians 2:10,” she continued, adding three blue heart emojis.
The Bengals released Dalton last week after nine seasons. They selected former LSU quarterback Joe Burrow with the first-overall pick in April’s NFL Draft.
Following Dalton’s departure, Jordan posted farewell wishes from Bengals fans to her Instagram story.
Dalton, a Texas native, has been married to Jordan since 2011. They share three children.
