Antonio Brown simply wanted no part of the Bills.

Brown said as much in an audio conversation between himself and agent Drew Rosenhaus about trade possibilities a few days before Pittsburgh ultimately shipped him to Oakland on March 10.

In a fascinating behind-the-scenes look — reminiscent of Brown streaming a postgame speech on Facebook Live in 2017 — into the player-agent dynamic, Brown posted the clip on his podcast, “The Boomin Experience Podcast.” He expresses his preferences for potential destinations as Oakland, New England, Philadelphia and Tennessee.

“Philly got a first-round pick?” Brown asked Rosenhaus, who had identified a few front-runners.

“If it’s not the Raiders, then we’ll make it work with the Eagles or the Patriots or the Titans,” Rosenhaus said.

“The Patriots are ready, too, huh?” Brown asked.

But Brown made it clear he did not want to be dealt to Buffalo, which reportedly was close to acquiring the star receiver on March 5.

“When the Bills called me today they said, ‘If we make the trade, what are you guys looking for?’ And I wouldn’t even give them a number because I know you’d rather not go there,” Rosenhaus said.

“Yeah, don’t even waste time,” Brown replied.

Brown stressed that he was looking for “a great situation” and called possible interest from the Super Bowl champion Patriots “an honor” and “amazing.”

Rosenhaus believed Oakland “was fading” at the time, but the Raiders wound up landing Brown for two 2019 draft picks — a third-rounder and a fifth-rounder.
