The Post’s Andrew Marchand surveyed five commentators from four networks, and they all came to the same conclusion – that both the Jets and Giants will lose their wild-card games today. Here’s what they’re saying:

JOE THEISMANN, ESPN

Patriots 21-10

“When you have Tom Brady and Bill Belichick and 52 other players, you have a chance to win. Tom is just that good. You can’t take anything away from what the Jets have done, but Eric Mangini used to work for Bill Belichick. Belichick is still the teacher, and Mangini is still the pupil.”

Eagles 24-14

“The Eagles remind me of the Pittsburgh Steelers last year. Of all the teams in the playoffs, they have gotten hot at the right time. Plus, they are [playing this game] in Philadelphia. Philly is going to bring pressure and try to make Eli Manning uncomfortable. The Eagles defense is going to do a better job with Tiki Barber than the Redskins did last week.”

RICH GANNON, CBS

Patriots 28-17

“Purely from a personnel standpoint, the Patriots are a deeper football team. Once January rolls around, they are as good a team as there is in football. I would never bet against Tom Brady.”

Eagles 24-21

This could go either way. The Giants have really been struggling and they have a lot of issues, more than just on the field. They are not as tight a football team as you’d like to see at this point in the season. The good news for them is that Tiki Barber had that great rushing day [234 yards vs. the Redskins]. That is their only chance – if they can run the football like that against this Eagles defense. I like Jeff Garcia and what he is doing. I like the Eagles at home. They have a lot of momentum right now.”

SEAN SALISBURY, ESPN

Patriots 24-20

“When you have Tom Brady and Bill Belichick, you go with the guy who’s been there many times. It will be a very close game, and, because the playoffs usually come down to the quarterback, I give Brady the edge over what I think is the Comeback Player of the Year in Chad Pennington and the Coach of the Year in Eric Mangini for the Jets.

Eagles 27-17

“The key to this game is how you control both running backs – Brian Westbrook and Tiki Barber. The Giants are extremely dysfunctional. If Tiki doesn’t touch the ball 25-35 times, the Giants are off their rocker. That’s the only way they can stay in it, because the Eagles are going to blitz Eli Manning, and Philadelphia is as good a blitzing team as there is in the league.”

BRIAN BALDINGER, FOX & NFLN

Patriots 23-17

“You can talk about the field and the conditions and that is all a bunch of nonsense. The fact is, Eric Mangini beat the protection of the Patriots in the last game in Foxboro. I don’t think that will happen again. I also think New England’s front seven can really shut down the Jets and pressure Chad Pennington. I like the Patriots.”

Eagles 23-20

“The three [reasons] the Eagles will win it are their offensive line is better than the Giants’ defensive line, [their] defensive line is better than the Giants’ offensive line, and I think Jeff Garcia is playing better than Eli Manning.”

RANDY CROSS, CBS

Patriots 20-10

“I know the Jets already own a win at Foxboro this season. But in the football version of “Star Wars: The Grudge,” Luke Skywalker in the final battle sequence will be no match for their own O’Bill’ee Wan Kenobi.”

Eagles 23-13

“The Eagles and defensive coordinator Jim Johnson will stop Tiki Barber and then excel at what has made the Giants consistently beatable in 2006 – putting pressure on a skittish QB.”

STAT’S A FACT: The Patriots were 10-2 against the opponents they had in common with the Jets, compared to Gang Green’s 8-4. Both the Giants and Eagles went 7-5 against their common foes.
