The Jets got good news on Friday, and so did the Patriots and Titans. Other teams did not.

The Bears and Chiefs are now dealing with positive coronavirus test results, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

A practice squad player on the Bears tested positive and so did the Chiefs’ strength and conditioning coach. Contract tracing is in progress. The Bears played Thursday night and their facility has been closed since the game. The Chiefs, meanwhile, are scheduled to host the Raiders on Sunday.

Already, two games have been pushed back due to the positive tests by the Patriots and Titans, both of whom resumed practice on Saturday. The Titans-Bills game was moved back until Tuesday and the Patriots-Broncos contest will be played on Monday.

The Titans-Steelers game last Sunday was postponed until Oct. 25 after a breakout within the Titans that has now risen to 23 players and staff members. The NFL is looking into whether Tennessee violated COVID-19 protocols. Titans insider Paul Kuharsky reported Wednesday several players had an organized workout at a local high school last week when the team was supposed to be in quarantine.
