The wife of one Bills player called Jets defensive end Henry Anderson an “embarrassment” for his late hit on Josh Allen last weekend.
The league may have been listening.
Anderson on Saturday was fined just over $10,527 for unnecessary roughness, stemming from his hit on the Bills quarterback during last week’s 17-16 loss, The Post’s Brian Costello reported.
Anderson drew the ire of Lindsey Hauschka, wife of Stephen Hauschka, the kicker who last season suffered a hip injury after a blindside hit from Anderson that led to a similar fine.
“Hey, @nfl – guys like this do not belong in the league. Embarrassment @HenryAnderson91,” Lindsey tweeted in response to Anderson’s hit on Allen.
On Saturday, she responded to the news of Anderson’s latest punishment with three “clapping” emojis and the hashtag, “shouldbemore.”
