Brittany Matthews is “so proud” of boyfriend Patrick Mahomes.
Shortly after the Chiefs made their Super Bowl-winning quarterback the holder of the richest contract in sports history — a 10-year deal worth $503 million — Mahomes’ longtime girlfriend celebrated the historic news on social media.
Instagram“I’m so proud of you,” Matthews captioned a cozy shot of the pair Monday on her Instagram story.
Later in the day, Matthews also shared a collection of photos from Mahomes’ signing.
“Let me tell y’all about my best friend, he earned that ish💕❣️ #Iloveyou,” the fitness instructor gushed.
The deal will keep Mahomes in Kansas City through 2031.
“Here to stay!” the 24-year-old Super Bowl MVP tweeted.
Mahomes and Matthews have been dating for eight years, recently celebrating their anniversary in March.
