The Giants signed second-round draft pick Terrell Thomas, a cornerback from USC.
Veteran RT Shane Olivea passed his physical and signed.
The Giants also added OL Jonathan Palmer of Auburn and waived three offensive linemen: Brandon TorreyBrandon Torrey , Dylan Thiry and Andrew Bain.
