Bengals tight end C.J. Uzomah was carted off with a knee injury during the first quarter of Sunday’s AFC Championship game against the Chiefs. He is doubtful to return.

Uzomah was emotional as he was taken off the field during the Bengals’ first AFC title game since the 1988 season.

The 29-year-old had two targets before leaving the game. He had seven catches for 71 yards during the Bengals’ divisional round win over the Titans last weekend.

Uzomah posted career-highs in catches (49), yards receiving (493), and touchdowns (five) during the regular season.
