The Palm Beach Post speculates that Chad Henne will take over for Chad Pennington as Dolphins quarterback “by November, at the latest. That’s about the time it will become apparent that the Dolphins aren’t going to go 11-5 against a significantly tougher schedule.”

Dave George writes that with Pennington in the final year of his contract and at 33 years old not the team’s long-term answer, Henne will get his chance to play.

The Jets play the Dolphins in Weeks 5 (Oct. 12) and 8 (Nov. 1).
