Omarion Hampton is back for the Bolts.
The Chargers announced their superstar running back has been activated from injured reserve hours ahead of their “Monday Night Football” matchup with the Eagles.
The 22-year-old rookie, Los Angeles’ first-round pick in April’s NFL draft, had been out of the lineup since the Chargers’ Week 5 game against the Commanders, when he suffered a broken ankle.

APHampton had his best two games of the season just prior to the injury, going over 100 total yards from scrimmage in the Chargers’ Week 4 game against the Giants and their Week 3 tilt with the Broncos.
During the game against Washington, which the Chargers lost, he had 44 rushing yards and 26 receiving yards before going down.
Hampton has 314 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns on the season, plus 136 receiving yards on 20 catches.

The Chargers also revealed on Monday that they’ve got even more reinforcements on the way, as they activated running back Hassan Haskins and defensive lineman Otito Ogbonnia from IR for the big “MNF” showdown at SoFi Stadium.

Quarterback Justin Herbert, meanwhile, still appears to be on track to play despite needing surgery to repair the broken non-throwing hand he sustained in the win over Las Vegas.
At 8-4, Los Angeles is the No. 6 seed in the AFC playoff race. The Eagles also head into the game at 8-4, though they currently sit atop the NFC East standings.
