The Dallas Cowboys are going to be severely understaffed for Micah Parsons’ homecoming Sunday night.
Dallas anticipates rookie guard Tyler Booker to miss four to six weeks after suffering a high ankle sprain in the team’s 31-14 loss to the Chicago Bears on Sunday.
The sidelining of Booker, a 2025 first-round pick who played every snap against Chicago, is another gut-punch to an offense that’s been ravaged by injuries in recent weeks.
The headliner on their injury report is star wideout CeeDee Lamb, who also suffered a high ankle sprain against the Bears.
Though his injury initially appeared minor, ESPN reported that Dallas will monitor his condition over the next 10-14 days before deciding about his status.
The Cowboys previously lost center Cooper Beebe, who landed on the injured reserve after spraining his ankle in the team’s Week 2 victory over the New York Giants.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones revealed that Booker and Lamb could join Beebe on IR.
“We’re looking at that,” he told CBS Sports’ Garrett Podell. “We’ll watch it a few more days. We don’t have to decide about that.”
