Odell Beckham Jr.’s flight debacle on Sunday won’t derail the Cowboys’ pursuit of the free-agent wide receiver.

One day after the three-time Pro Bowler was removed from an American Airlines flight in Miami, Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy made it clear Monday that Dallas will move forward with its discussion regarding the 30-year-old Beckham.

“I know personally based off my understanding, I think we’re moving full steam ahead,” he said.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones confirmed that sentiment Tuesday during an appearance on 105.3 “The Fan,” noting the plane incident did not impact the team’s view of Beckham, who is scheduled to meet with Dallas brass next Monday.

“His overall team compatibility, his judgment, his behavior is not an issue with him,” Jones said. “It is with many, but not with him.”

Jones, who has been vocal about his desire to welcome Beckham into the fold, called the wideout “very genuine,” and that “he’d fit in really good with us.”

Though the Cowboys have been aggressive in their pursuit of Beckham, the Super Bowl champ — who is coming off a torn ACL — is also expected to meet with the Bills and Giants.

Beckham’s Giants meeting is slated for Thursday, days after he was removed from a Los Angeles-bound flight. Beckham “appeared to be in and out of consciousness” to an American Airlines crew, who attempted to wake him to fasten his seatbelt.

Beckham’s attorney, Daniel Davilier, addressed the incident in a lengthy statement Sunday, calling the ordeal “unnecessary.” He also stated, in part, “sleeping on a plane should not be a cause for removal from a flight.”

Beckham had an outstanding 2021 season after a contentious split with the Browns in November. He recorded 27 catches for 305 yards and five touchdowns in eight games with the Rams, adding 21 catches for 288 yards and two touchdowns in four postseason games.

Beckham began his NFL career with the Giants in 2014 before being traded to the Browns five years later.
