Darius Slay may have landed with the wrong Super Bowl contender.
The six-time Pro Bowl cornerback rerpotedly alerted the Bills that he is considering retirement after Buffalo claimed him off waivers Wednesday.
Slay spent the previous five seasons with the Eagles, and they also put a claim in for the 34-year-old.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapaport wondered on X if Slay’s “plan” was to end up in Philadelphia after starting nine games in Pittsburgh before his release, which came amid declining playing time.
