Packers’ star quarterback Aaron Rodgers returned to the team Tuesday after months of uncertainty surrounding his future. To celebrate his arrival, offensive lineman David Bakhtiari greeted Rodgers with a personalized golf cart made by Aston Martin.

The one-of-a-kind model had Rodgers’ three MVP seasons listed on the interior, his No. 12 inscribed on the seat and a pink fuzzy steering wheel cover.

Bakhtiari called the gift “the real reason [Rodgers] came back” on Instagram. He said it was something Rodgers “always wanted,” while asking for Rodgers to stop shaming him on “The Pat McAfee Show.”

Rodgers jokingly said on the show last November that he had gifted Bakhtiari a wave runner, a quad, a sauna and a watch over the years, but Bakhtiari had never returned the favor.

Now, Rodgers and Bakhtiari are even.

Despite a tension-filled offseason with Green Bay’s front office, Rodgers said he is happy to be back with his fellow Packers. And when he is getting personalized golf carts, how could he not be?

“I love my teammates, I love the city, I love my coaches,” Rodgers said. “It’s fun to be back here.”
