DeVante Parker isn’t happy with the NFL’s concussion spotters.
The Patriots wideout was stumbling and woozy during Monday’s win over the Cardinals after smacking his head on the ground due to Antonio Hamilton’s hit after a 10-yard catch. Officials were alerted to Parker’s need for help thanks to teammate Nelson Agholor signaling to stop the game.
“Get on yalls f–kin job @NFL,” Parker wrote on his Instagram story on Tuesday. “Thankful my brother was aware of the situation.”

The NFL Players Association initiated an inquiry into the situation, the latest high-profile head injury issue for the league.
On Sept. 25, Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa returned to a game against the Bills despite showing signs of a head injury. He was cleared to play four days later against the Bengals, but hit his head on the ground and sustained a concussion that left him hospitalized briefly.

The league and players union amended concussion protocol, adding ataxia — defined as abnormality of balance/stability, motor coordination or dysfunctional speech caused by a neurological issue — to their list of symptoms to keep players from returning to games.
