Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy has hired former Giants coach Ben McAdoo to work as a consultant for the team, according to multiple reports.

Post: Charles WenzelbergThe two were together in Green Bay, when McCarthy was the head coach and McAdoo was his quarterbacks coach. That was before McAdoo took the Giants’ offensive coordinator position in 2014 and later became the team’s head coach.
McAdoo, 43, was fired 12 games into his second season with Big Blue and resurfaced last February as the Jaguars’ quarterbacks coach under Doug Marrone.
