After a year locked in quarantine, unable to confidently evaluate pandemic volatility in the NFL, the Madman’s Draft Value Quotient has returned. The DVQ uses a formula that calculates a number that represents the pick in a fantasy draft that corresponds to the expected production of that player. Because of wider gaps in projections at the top, there are large gaps high in the draft that even out steeply deeper into the player pool.

This season, we placed added emphasis on scoring disparity within each position. These ratings as based on a 12-team PPR league with a roster of one quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, one tight end, one Flex, one defense/special teams, one kicker and seven bench spots.
