Former Jets linebacker Bryan Thom.as was back in court yesterday after being charged for a second domestic violence incident in less than six months involving his wife in their Randolph, N.J., home.

The 33-year-old Thomas, who is a free agent and not likely to return to the Jets after playing 11 years with the team, was already on probation for a previous domestic violence incident.

On Oct. 31, Thomas was charged with aggravated assault after he allegedly pushed his wife, punched her in the stomach and grabbed her by the neck., according to court records. He was also accused at the time of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia related to marijuana.

On Feb. 11, N.J. Superior Court Judge Stuart Minkowitz placed Thomas in a pretrial intervention program (called PTI) for 24 months in connection with the October incident.
