New Jersey-native Logan Ryan and the Titans are officially through.

The former All-American Rutgers cornerback announced in an Instagram post on Tuesday that his “chapter in Tennessee has come to a close.”

“Thank you for all the love,” Ryan wrote in the caption to his fans. “The energy and support this past season is what led to an epic run.”

Ryan’s farewell video is a montage of highlights from his career in Tennessee, which ended with an impressive playoff run in 2019. In the AFC wild-card game, he intercepted former teammate Tom Brady’s final pass as a Patriot and returned it for a touchdown.

Ryan, who was born about 90 minutes away from MetLife Stadium in Berlin, was selected in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft by the Patriots. He was a member of two Super Bowl-winning teams (XLIX and LI) and signed a three-year, $30 million contract with the Titans after his rookie contract expired in 2017.

The Giants signed fellow cornerback James Bradberry to a three-year, $45 million deal at the start of free agency. However, Pro Football Focus still considers them the best fit for Ryan.

Ryan and Giants coach Joe Judge were together with the Patriots.

“I’m excited for Joe Judge,” Ryan told The Post’s Steve Serby in January. “I’m excited for his opportunity. I would say that he’s a players’ coach, he knows his players well, and he’s gonna be very demanding of them as well. He was my assistant special teams coach when I came in, so he coached me as an assistant coach, and he worked his way up.

In his final season with the Titans, the 29-year-old recorded a career-highs in tackles (113), 4.5 sacks (4.5), pass deflections (18) and forced fumbles (4). He also recorded four interceptions.

“To my Titans Teammates: I love all y’all. Being a leader and earning y’all respect is what meant most to me. Win or lose we stuck together and backed down from no one,” Ryan continued. “I’m looking forward to continue to play at an elite level for a organization that’s a great fit for my family and me.”
