Zach Wilson and Mike LaFleur need to be better. Period.
Wilson needs to avoid turning the ball over. LaFleur needs to call more running plays and that includes running with Wilson. He runs enough behind the line of scrimmage and trying to make some magic happen. Why not call plays that involve him running the ball forward? Why not try some screen plays? Why not throw an end around or a reverse call? Both the QB and offensive coordinator need to get creative if these Jets want to put up more points and get back to winning ways.
It’s a tough road ahead for a potential shot at the playoffs, but Gang Green is still 5-3, which is far better than we all expected. Trying to take down the Bills at MetLife Stadium Sunday will be wildly difficult, but you never know what will happen on an NFL Sunday. - ZACH: Wilson was atrocious on Sunday. He needs to clean up the mistakes. If he throws a few INTs against the Bills, they will have to go to Mike White for the second half.
- PLAYCALLING/ELIJAH MOORE: Mike LaFleur needs to be more creative with running the football. He has to get Moore involved as well. He’s got too much talent to only play 10 snaps and not get the ball.
- JETS-BILLS PREVIEW: Bills are a Super Bowl favorite. Jets don’t have a chance in this game. Coz says 30-13. I say 27-20.

- QB SITUATION: That game was an outlier. Wilson had some good moments and was solid for most of the first half. He’s been terrible against the Patriots. It’s too early to write off Wilson just 18 games into his NFL career.
- LAFLEUR: Needs to be more than 15 runs. There needs to be some screens, some trickery and some creativity in the playbook. Wilson has to be able to use his legs as well and run with the ball.
- JETS SEASON: Would be a disappointment if they don’t win nine games. They should be in the conversation for the last playoff spot. Expects the last game of the season in Miami to count for a spot in the playoffs.
