Considering the exorbitant prices the Giants are charging for personal seat licenses for the new stadium they’ll open in 2010, it didn’t seem possible that they would have the audacity to raise ticket prices for the upcoming season.

They did not. Prices for the 2009 season will remain at 2008 levels.

Mezzanine seats will be $105. Tickets for various sections will range from $80 to $100 per ticket. This ends an upward spiral for the Giants, who increased ticket prices every year since 2000 before holding the line this time.

The gross average price of a Giants ticket is $91.10, which ranked 12th out of the 32 NFL teams last season. The league average was $90.69.
