The Giants appear to be healthier than they’ve been in quite some time. Judging from the participation in today’s practice, the Giants will be nearly at full strength for Sunday’s game against the Lions.

After missing the last three games with ankle and Achilles issues, center Shaun O’Hara was on the field and looked to be doing everything he needed to with the offensive line. Linebacker Keith Bulluck, who missed the past two games with turf toe, was also back and appeared to be moving with no limitations.

Defensive end Osi Umenyiora sat out Wednesday’s practice, standard operating procedure for him as he deals with knee problems. He was back at it today, as was safety Kenny Phillips, who was limited on Wednesday as he deals with the remnants of a strained MCL in his left knee.

Running back D.J. Ware came out of the victory in Houston with a strained groin and after riding the bike early in practice – wearing full pads – he trotted out onto the field and appeared to be ready to participate.

Still out: FB Madison Hedgecock, DB Brian Jackson and WR Victor Cruz.
