Six games more of this?

Oy vey.

It might be better for all involved in this complete and embarrassing mess to pack up and go home. What the Giants are putting out on the field is not doing anyone any good, and this slop is making it harder and harder to make a case that those employed in the front office and the coaching staff deserve to come back to give it another try in 2025.

The easy throwaway line at this time is to say, “Guess it wasn’t all Daniel Jones’ fault.’’ Jones was benched and waived, and is looking for a new team.

Tommy DeVito was inserted at quarterback and the entire operation on both sides of the ball was inept in Sunday’s pathetic 30-7 loss to the Buccaneers at fast-emptying MetLife Stadium.

It sure sounds as if tensions are getting frayed.

This was the most emotional postgame locker room of the season, with players young and old expressing disgust and breaking-point irritation at what is now a six-game losing streak.

“Ass,’’ Brian Burns said, when asked about the Giants coming off their bye week with a performance like this.

“We played soft, and they beat the s–t out of us,’’ Dexter Lawrence said.

“Soft as f–k,’’ rookie Malik Nabers said.

“The s–t’s got to change, for sure,’’ Wan’Dale Robinson said.

DeVito did not spark anything, and the Giants did not stop anyone. This was a bad team on display in every way possible.

Bucs quarterback Baker Mayfield might as well have been throwing from a rocking chair. He was having so much fun, he mimicked DeVito’s Italian hand gesture celebration, unveiled last season, after vaulting into the end zone in the closing seconds of the first half to make it 23-0. Ouch.

“You lose, you allow people to do stuff like that,’’ Darius Slayton said.

The Giants (2-9) are now 0-1 in the post-Daniel Jones era. The Buccaneers (5-6) came in on a four-game losing streak, but the Giants are the feel-better team of the NFL. They are healers for whatever ails their opponent.

It was an emotional week, watching the franchise quarterback for the past six years leave. Players steadfastly discounted the Jones exit as having any effect on this game.

“Hell no,’’ Burns said. “Was it a bummer? Was it awkward? Yeah, because Daniel was a leader, a great guy, great captain, he was a great teammate, but at the end of the day, that ain’t got s–t to do with us tackling.’’

DeVito, rocked all day, got the wind knocked out of him with five minutes remaining for a play, but was able to finish things out. DeVito’s numbers — 21 of 31 for 189 yards — were not indicative of how much he struggled.

He was sacked four times and the offense was barely functional. It was 30-0 late in the third quarter before DeVito ran for 17 yards and Devin Singletary scored from a yard out to finally put the Giants on the board early in the fourth quarter. Hurray.

The Giants would have been better off staying on their bye week. The Bucs in the first half outgained the Giants 290-45 in yards and 17-3 in first downs. Mayfield was 19 of 23 for 230 yards. DeVito was 3 of 5 for 31 yards.

“Yeah, it was tough in the first half,’’ DeVito said. “Just figuring out what they were doing, just know it sounds cliché, but just coming down to execution. We started to get going, but it was too late.’’

The Giants have not led in a game since Week 5 in Seattle. That was back on Oct. 6. It is almost Thanksgiving. That’s a long time to be constantly trailing.

“This is the National Football League,’’ Slayton said. “This isn’t Tom, Dick and Jane from down the street. We were all drafted, we were all the best Division I football players. So it’s not like they got Division I players and we got Division 5 players. We got capable players that don’t play like they’re capable, period, and that’s why we lose, that’s why we go out there and get beat.’’

There were no answers coming from head coach Brian Daboll.

“We didn’t do a good enough job all the way around, and that starts with me,’’ he said.

The change from Jones to DeVito did not change a thing.

“We’ve moved on from it,’’ Daboll said. “Daniel is not on the team anymore. We’ve talked about that. We got to do a better job all the way around.’’

Is the messaging from Daboll and his staff getting through to the players?

“I would like to think that,’’ Burns said. “Everybody has the right answers, but it’s not showing up where it needs to show up.’’

Next up: Thanksgiving Day against the Cowboys in Arlington, Texas.

“Six long years for me now and I do my best, I try not to be selfish, I try to be a good teammate,’’ Slayton said. “Like at some point, man, it’s exhausting.’’
