Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart was sacked by one of his own teammates on Saturday — for having the balls to introduce President Donald Trump during a New York rally.

“Thought this s–t was AI, what we doing man,” ripped Giants linebacker Abdul Carter on X in response to a video of Dart introducing the president a day earlier during an event at Rockland Community College in Suffern.

Dart, 23, walked on stage to Survivor’s “Eye of the Tiger” on Friday and opened his speech by saying “Big Blue nation, it’s a pleasure to be here,” before getting the conservative crowd to kickoff a “Go Big Blue!” chant.

“What an honor, what a privilege it is to be here,” said Dart before introducing Trump. 

The president greeted the sophomore star signal-caller with a hug and a handshake before discussing a wide variety of policies, including his desire to lower taxes and his ban on transgender athletes competing in women’s sports.

“I want to thank Jaxson Dart, this is going to be a future Hall of Famer in my book,” Trump predicted.

“Thank you, thank you Jaxson. Lot of talent.”

Carter, 22, was drafted third overall by the Giants in 2025 – 22 spots before Big Blue later selected Dart in the first round.

Former Giants kicker Lawrence Tynes said Carter should have never fired off the post.

“The locker room is a sacred place because it brings together everyone from all walks of life and beliefs for one common goal,” Tynes said.

“Calling a teammate out publicly for his political views and to get attention is nasty work.”

However, Giants right tackle Jermaine Eluemunor said the “locker room is fine,” responding to an X post by Boston Globe reporter Ben Volin that alleged Dart “divided his locker room” by introducing Trump.

Giant fans are hoping Dart is their first true franchise quarterback since two-time Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning retired in 2020.

Dart, a former Ole Miss star, brought energy and swagger to the position during his 14 appearances and 12 starts last season, despite the team going 4-8 in his starts and 4-13 overall.

He finished with 2,272 passing yards, 15 touchdowns, five interceptions and a 63.7 percent completion percentage. He also added 487 rushing yards and nine scores on the ground.

Carter got off to a slow start to his rookie season but finished with 43 tackles, four sacks and two fumble recoveries. The ex-Penn State star is still considered a cornerstone of the Giants’ defense under new coach John Harbaugh. 

The Super Bowl-winning coach’s arrival has heightened expectations around the Giants and Dart this season, with the signal caller and Carter both expected to play key roles in turning the franchise around after three straight losing seasons.
