The Giants are set to introduce John Harbaugh during a press conference at noon on Tuesday at their training center in East Rutherford.
Harbaugh finalized a five-year deal with the Giants on Saturday as he embarks on his quest to turn Big Blue back into a playoff-caliber team.

GM Joe Schoen gives injury updates on Cam Skattebo, Malik Nabers

GM Joe Schoen shed light on the decision making process for the Giants roster. He said that him and Harbaugh will work collaboratively and that he has no problem with putting the team first to make the right choices.

Coach Harbaugh gave GM Joe Schoen some praise saying he was "impressed" to work with him.
This certainly feels like the beginning of an exciting Giants era.

Without going into roster specifics, Harbaugh noted it's crucial to have guys "who love football."

Andy Reid, whom Harbaugh worked for in Philadelphia, gave a four-word message to the new Giants coach about changing jobs after a long time in one place.
"Change can be good," Reid said, according to Harbaugh.
Reid has won three Super Bowls with the Chiefs in his second act as an NFL head coach.
"How about we deal that right now? We'll sign up for that deal right now, what he did in Kansas City," Harbaugh said. "Let's do that."
Harbaugh was asked to elaborate on his thoughts on the current Giants roster.
He pivoted to saying he likes what he sees on the tape, and that he reviewed film on the Giants with his dad. Harbaugh noted how fast the Giants come off the ball as a major positive.

Coach Harbaugh was asked when he plans on turning things around and starting to win in his new post.
His answer was simple: "day one."
