Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey set the internet ablaze Tuesday upon Carolina’s Twitter account posting a photo of the 22-year-old star looking shredded at practice.

“2️⃣2️⃣ coming for it all 😤,” the team tweeted.

Naturally, the internet responded with He-Man photos and cheeky commentary.

“Hes coming for everyone… Thanos, Skeletor, Darth Vader, Ivan Drago, Megatron and Mum-Ra too,” one user quipped.

“That’s not fair…you guys have Christian McThanos on your team,” another wrote.

McCaffrey, who stands at 5-foot-11 and weighs 205 pounds, was selected eighth overall in the 2017 NFL Draft. Following the combine, he was criticized for his size, with a scouting report noting, “lacks desired size of an every-down back.”

He has become one of the top dual-threat running backs in the league, totaling 1,965 total yards and 13 touchdowns last season.

Times have certainly changed.
