Jalen Hurts will miss Dallas Week at Lincoln Financial Field.
The Eagles quarterback — who remains in concussion protocol after being injured in last Sunday’s loss to the Commanders — was ruled out for the team’s clash with the Cowboys on Sunday.
“It’s going to be tough for him to make it this week,” Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni told reporters Friday, hours before Hurts’ status became official.

So Philadelphia will turn to backup Kenny Pickett, who was a full participant in Thursday’s practice, despite dealing with a rib injury.

Pickett, who has yet to start for the Eagles this season, relieved him and was 14-of-24 for 143 yards, one touchdown and an interception.
The Eagles also have quarterback Tanner McKee and signed quarterback Ian Book to practice squad this week.
