Jamal Adams is finally getting paid.

The former Jets star agreed to a four-year, $70 million ($38 million guaranteed) extension with the Seahawks on Tuesday to make him the highest-paid safety in the league, according to NFL Network.

The deal comes just over a year after the Jets traded the three-time Pro Bowler to Seattle amid a months-long and contentious contract dispute.

Adams’ negotiations with the Seahawks were considered more amicable. He reported to training camp, but was not practicing as the contract details were worked out.

The 25-year-old’s new contract will pay him up to $17.5 million per year, surpassing Denver Broncos safety Justin Simmons ($15.25 million per year).

Adams had 9.5 sacks last season, setting a single-season record for a defensive back, and no interceptions.
