Not everyone was pleased with Daniel Jones and Sterling Shepard’s warm embrace at Madison Square Garden on Monday night.

As the Giants stars were shown on the Jumbotron during the Knicks’ 125-123 win over the Rockets, Jets safety Jamal Adams was noticeably left out despite sitting a seat away. He then aired his grievances on Twitter.

“I’ma go to a Nets game! I thought about taking the ball from Daniel lol #Prez,” Adams tweeted about the video, in which the Giants quarterback tossed a football into the crowd.

This isn’t the first time Adams has gotten up close and personal with Jones. As the Jets topped their hometown rivals last November, 34-27, the two-time Pro Bowler sacked the then-rookie quarterback twice and returned a fumble for a touchdown.

After a fan posted a clip of Adams’ previous play, the Jets star made it clear he’s ready for some football.

“I can’t wait to be back on the field. Y’all haven’t seen nothin yet!!!” Adams replied.

When he does return to the field, Adams could be a much richer player. Adams and the Jets are in long-term contract talks that are expected to make the 24-year-old among the highest-paid safeties in the league.
