Jared Goff is opening up about his quarantine transformation.

During a conference call this week, the 25-year-old quarterback — entering his fifth season with the Los Angeles Rams — quipped about his lifestyle during the pandemic, noting his weight gain could be attributed to two different factors.

“I may have put on a couple of pounds. I don’t know if that’s muscle or a couple of cheeseburgers, I’m not sure,” the 2016 first-round pick said, per Rams Wire.

“But I feel good. … I feel good putting in a lot of work this offseason. I had a lot of time. I had a lot of time to really reflect and figure out what you want to get better at and really focus on what you want to get better at.”

Goff is coming off a disappointing year with the Rams, finishing 2019 with 22 touchdowns and 16 interceptions, a season removed from reaching Super Bowl LIII. Though he’ll be without running back Todd Gurley this year, Goff is ready to “put the right foot forward.”

“We had the whole offseason. So, hopefully we come out this year and put the right foot forward,” Goff said.

Goff’s offseason hasn’t been all work and no play, however. In February, he vacationed with model girlfriend Christen Harper.
