GREEN BAY, Wis. — Jets defensive end Carl Lawson will undergo an MRI on his Achilles after being carted off the practice field Thursday with a left leg injury.
Lawson, one of the stars of training camp thus far, suffered the injury in a team period facing the Packers offense as part of a joint practice.
The 26-year-old fell to the ground after rushing the passer and needed a cart to be taken off the field.

Wide receiver Denzel Mims and defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins both left practice early with apparent injuries, as well.
