The Jets and Giants must really have liked each other’s rosters last year.
Free-agent linebacker Spencer Paysinger, who spent four seasons with the Giants, is scheduled to visit the Jets on Tuesday, according to a source.
Paysinger, 26, played 62 games for the Giants after being signed as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon in 2011. He started 14 games, making 93 tackles and registering one sack.
The Jets are done with the big-ticket portion of free agency and now are searching for depth, something Paysinger could provide. Besides being a backup linebacker, he would provide the Jets with special-teams help.
