The Jets have a new kicker.

The team signed former Texans kicker Randy Bullock to replace Nick Folk, who was placed on season-ending injured reserve after suffering a right quad strain during pregame warmups Sunday.

Bullock was a fifth-round draft pick by the Texans in 2012. Jets general manager Mike Maccagnan was a member of the Texans front office when the team drafted Bullock.

He completed 80.3 percent of his field goals with the Texans from 2013-15, but the team cut him after three games this year. He missed two extra-point attempts from the new distance of 33 yards.

Folk, who has kicked for the Jets since 2010, made 13 of 16 field-goal attempts this season. He injured the quad while warming up Sunday before the Jaguars game and did not kick during the game.
