The Jets cleared some space in their crowded quarterbacks room Monday.

Gang Green waived Brandon Silvers, whom they signed last month from the failed Alliance of American Football. Silvers took part in their minicamp two weeks ago, but he became expendable when the Jets claimed Luke Falk off waivers from the Dolphins last week.

The Jets currently have four quarterbacks on the roster: Sam Darnold, Trevor Siemian, Davis Webb and Falk.
