The team sat down with Dolphins quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator Darrell Bevell and former Chargers offensive coordinator Greg Roman.

They previously met virtually with Jets brass about the job.

The Jets have also conducted virtual interviews with Frank Reich, Ronald Curry and Lunda Wells about the position.

Roman has been an NFL offensive coordinator for 12 of the past 14 seasons, spending the most recent two with the Chargers.

He held the OC role for the Ravens from 2019-22, the Bills from 2015-16 and the 49ers from 2011-14.

Bevell has spent four seasons with the Dolphins in his current role.

Prior to that he was Jaguars offensive coordinator in 2021 before being named interim head coach for their final four games of that season.
