Week 1 Sunday is finally here.

The Jets will open their season at home against the Steelers on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. Justin Fields will be under center and looking to put his stamp on the franchise after signing a two-year, $40 million contract this offseason.

It will come against Aaron Rodgers, who makes his return to MetLife Stadium after two disappointing seasons with the Jets.

Rodgers signed a one-year deal with Pittsburgh this offseason with many thinking it will be his final season.

Man gets stuck on top of massive American flag before Jets-Steelers game

The Jets’ season got off to a bizarre start, even by their standards.

A man was spotted crawling across the giant American flag covering the field during the national anthem ahead of the season opener against Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers on Sunday afternoon at MetLife Stadium.

Jalen Ramsey makes key play to seal game

Jalen Ramsey made the play of the game to essentially seal a win for the Steelers and heartbreak for the Jets.

Ramsey leveled Garrett Wilson, who looked like he was going to make a catch to keep the Jets' late-game drive alive, and was able to dislodge the ball from Wilson or an incomplete pass.

Steelers hit 60-yard field goal to take lead

The Steelers have retaken the lead with just over a minute in the game after Chris Boswell hit a career-high 60-yard field goal to take a 34-32 lead with 1:03 left in the game.

Jets defense steps up

Quinnen Williams even sacked Aaron Rodgers on third down to end Pittsburgh's hope of making something happen with the drive.
