Week 1 Sunday is finally here.
The Jets will open their season at home against the Steelers on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. Justin Fields will be under center and looking to put his stamp on the franchise after signing a two-year, $40 million contract this offseason.
It will come against Aaron Rodgers, who makes his return to MetLife Stadium after two disappointing seasons with the Jets.
Rodgers signed a one-year deal with Pittsburgh this offseason with many thinking it will be his final season.

The Jets fall in their first game of the season.
Jalen Ramsey made the play of the game to essentially seal a win for the Steelers and heartbreak for the Jets.
Ramsey leveled Garrett Wilson, who looked like he was going to make a catch to keep the Jets' late-game drive alive, and was able to dislodge the ball from Wilson or an incomplete pass.
The Steelers have retaken the lead with just over a minute in the game after Chris Boswell hit a career-high 60-yard field goal to take a 34-32 lead with 1:03 left in the game.

The Jets defense came up in a big way, forcing the Steelers to go three and out while the Jets protected a one-point lead.
Quinnen Williams even sacked Aaron Rodgers on third down to end Pittsburgh's hope of making something happen with the drive.
The Jets took a one-point lead when Justin Fields scored his second rushing touchdown of the game.
The Jets hold a 32-31 lead with 7:01 left in the game
The Jets fumbled the kick return after the Steelers' previous score, setting up Rodgers for his fourth touchdown pass of the game.
The score put the Steelers ahead 31-26 early in the fourth quarter.
Rodgers has 17 completed passes for 229 yards and four TD passes.
