Eagles rookie Jordan Davis said “don’t let the hype get to you” after a video went viral over the weekend that featured him driving fellow rookie and center, Cam Jurgens, about 10 yards off the ball.
“I hate it honestly. It’s very one-sided,”the 22-year-old defensive tackle said Wednesday in regards to the footage of his one-on-one with Jurgens at training camp. “You see one rep, but you don’t see Cam blocking me and… getting me in the other reps.
“I always say, ‘looks can be deceiving.’ One rep goes viral, whatever, whoop de woo. Cam was holding his own and he’s a very good player. It’s just good competition. It’s iron on iron. You see the background of everything, but don’t let the hype get to you.”

“I feel like I get more ready every single day. I’m excited, just ready to go play some more football and hit someone else besides our own team.”
Eagles head Coach Nick Sirianni said Jurgens has been a “sponge” around Kelce.
