Broncos QB Russell Wilson killed time on the flight to London by doing high knees for four hours.

Ravens kicker Justin Tucker spent his flight home after Thursday’s win over the Buccaneers mocking the Broncos QB.

“What are we doing on the plane ride back home? I heard Lamar [Jackson] is leading us in high knees,” Tucker said on teammate Marlon Humphrey’s Instagram Live. “Ravens flock, let’s fly.”

The Ravens improved to 5-3 on the season with the 27-22 win over the Bucs, with the inimitable Tucker adding a pair of field goals and hitting three extra points.

Baltimore has a date with Wilson and the struggling Broncos in Week 13, a fact Tucker was acutely aware of, despite his trolling.

“But we gotta play him,” the kicker added, “and we respect him. And we like him.”

While Tucker and the NFL world got their licks in at Wilson over his in-flight recovery, the pass-thrower’s methods seemingly worked: Broncos coach Nathaniel Hackett announced the QB will start against the Jaguars in London, a week after missing a game against the Jets with a hamstring injury.

“I was on the plane, first two [hours] I was watching film, watching all the cut-ups and everything else,” Wilson told reporters. “For the next four hours, I was doing treatment on the plane, I was walking up and down the aisles, everybody was knocked out, I was doing high knees and working on my legs and everything else, making sure I was ready to rock. The last two hours, I fell asleep for one hour and I watched film the rest.”
