A high -school football star from Long Island is threatening to sue his school because he was kicked off the squad after breaking his wrist, his lawyer says.

Fullback Billy Andrle, who played for East Meadow HS, fears he will lose his chance at a college athletic scholarship because he was ordered off the team in the wake of the injury, the attorney, Thomas F. Liotti, said Wednesday.

The injury was sustained during a practice, Liotti said.

Andrle’s former coach would not make a comment Wednesday night.
