A memorabilia dealer ensnared in a lawsuit accusing Eli Manning of providing phony game-worn gear says he can only hope the items the Giants star gave him to sell were legit.

“When Eli Manning walks into your office and he says, ‘These are my game-used items’ . . . I’d like to think that I can believe that,” Brandon Steiner of Steiner Sports said on Facebook Live Monday.

Steiner, who has had a deal with Manning since his rookie season in 2004, said the quarterback had started sending in extra items in recent years.

“It’s probably why it was a bit of an afterthought for Eli to get us those items when you read some of those e-mails,” he said of Manning messages in which he appears to implicate himself.
