Travis Kelce made his retirement decision, the Dolphins released Tua Tagovailoa and the Giants made a handful of moves, including a tight end splurge.

Maxx Crosby trade is OFF

Maxx Crosby might not be on the move after all.

The Ravens have “backed out” of the trade to send the star edge rusher to Baltimore, according to a statement from the Raiders on Tuesday night. NFL Network reported the deal is off due to a medical reason.

Teddy Bridgewater is coming back

The 11-year NFL veteran has signed a deal to join the Lions, according to NFL Network. The 33-year-old spent two seasons in Detroits (2023, '24). He played four games as a backup to Baker Mayfield with the Buccaneers last season.

Giants adding a kicker

Jason Sanders is inking a one-year deal with the Giants, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported. The 30-year-old didn't kick in the NFL last season but hit 90.2 percent of his field goal attempts with the Dolphins in 2024.

He's 33-for-48 on kicks of at least 50 yards in his career.

Browns adding key offensive line piece

The Browns are expected to sign offensive lineman Elgton Jenkins, according to NFL Network. The deal is for two years and $24 million — $20 million of which is guaranteed.

Jenkins, 30, is a two-time Pro Bowler and should help Cleveland's line and protect whomever is under center come Week 1.

Cardinals' search for new QB hits Jimmy Garoppolo 'snag'

The Cardinals were forced to pivot on their quarterback hunt.

It was widely expected that Arizona would go after Jimmy Garoppolo in free agency to help fill out its quarterback room after the franchise parted ways with Kyler Murray.

According to The Boston Globe, conversations between the Cardinals and the 34-year-old Garoppolo "hit a snag and the Cardinals agreed to terms with Gardner Minshew II to back up Jacoby Brissett instead.

Jets corral CB Nahshon Wright from Bears on 1-year deal

New York signed former Bears cornerback Nahshon Wright to a one-year contract worth a maximum of $5.5 million. He played all 17 regular-season games for Chicago in 2025, tying for the NFL's second-most interceptions (5).

Bills have reportedly joined Trey Hendrickson sweepstakes

Buffalo has reportedly reached out to star pass-rusher Trey Hendrickson, who was not franchise tagged by the Bengals after prolonged contract disputes and an injury-hampered 2025 campaign. The four-time Pro Bowler, 31, piled up 17.5 sacks in 2023 and 2024.
